Pam Dingman, Lancaster County Engineer

Please help me in welcoming Pam to speak to our club. Most of you know Pam well through her long career of serving within our local engineering community. She's kindly agreed to come speak to us about the continuing modernization of the Lancaster County Engineering Department.
