OCTOBER 2023 Lunch MEETING (reschedule)

Please join us on Tuesday, October 31  , Monday December 4th, to learn about the Department of Transportation's Winter Storm Operations.  Do you know what the state does to prepare before a winter storm? What communications and coordination occur internally at NDOT and to the public and to nearby states? How has technology affected the operations? Come learn that and more as Jessica Sherwood, NDOT Highway Communications Services Manager, and Tom Renninger, NDOT Highway Operations Division manager, teach us about Nebraska's winter storm management. Plus learn more about the record snowfall the western region of Nebraska saw in 2022 and how the wonderful team at NDOT keeps us all safe during the most dangerous time of the year.

Meet us in the 2nd floor Hickory Room at Lazlo's in the Haymarket beginning around 11:15 for some social time and then lunch at 11:30, followed by the presentation starting at noon.
